Yang Yang is a classically trained artist and instructor specializing in academic drawing, realist painting, and long-term artistic development.
Yang Yang founded Ocean Yang Atelier in 2019 after training at two of the world's leading art institutions. Her teaching is guided by a conviction that classical academic methods — when taught with patience and rigour — give students the most durable and expressive foundation for any artistic direction.

Her formation combines rigorous studio training in oil painting with university-level research in the plastic arts. This dual background shapes an approach that is both technically demanding and sensitive to each student's personal artistic direction.

Teaching Philosophy
