Frequently Asked Questions

What are the class fees and package options?

A single 1.5-hour class is €28, and a five-class package is €125 — a saving over booking individually. This pricing applies to all four regular programmes: Sketch Drawing, Realistic Painting, Master Copy, and Children's Art. Holiday and intensive sessions are priced separately.

What is the recommended starting age or level?

Children aged 6–10 join Children's Art. From age 11, teenagers and adults — including complete beginners — start with Sketch Drawing Foundations, which builds the fundamentals from scratch. Realistic Painting and Master Copy are for students who already have a solid drawing foundation. If you're unsure, contact the atelier and we'll help you choose.

Are art materials included in the class fee?

Yes — all art materials are provided. Simply come to class; everything you need is supplied at the atelier.

What are the available class days and times?

Regular classes run on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Thursday sessions run from 13:30 to 17:30 with a flexible start — each session lasts 1.5 hours and can begin any time between 13:30 and 16:00. Saturday and Sunday each have two fixed slots: 9:00–10:30 and 10:40–12:10.

Can I bring a guest, or use my class package for someone else?

Class packages are personal to the registered student and aren't transferable. If you'd like to bring someone or gift a class, contact the atelier and we'll be happy to arrange it.

How do I register for a class?

All classes are booked online through our booking page.

What languages are classes taught in?

Classes are taught in French, English, and Chinese.

Do you offer private or one-on-one lessons?

Yes — individual sessions are available on request for every programme. Contact the atelier to arrange one.

How large are the classes?

Classes are kept small, with a maximum of 9 students, so every student receives individual attention and correction.

Where is the atelier located?

The atelier is at 304a Route de Thionville, 5884 Howald — about 10 minutes from Luxembourg City centre.
